Sorrel bod made its way to the oasis. There was a chill in the air but it felt good after the humid morning. The breeze blew his banner and whipcords flung the opposite way as himself, sending it blowing like a flag in the afternoon breeze. He was a preppy mutt 'quine and at a young age he was ready to begin his adventure. Though he knew he was still yet to become a born leader, he still planned to become a loving stallion to watch over a mare and foal. They would be a family, just them three. Now, he only had to find it.

The enviornment was wet around him as he entered the cool water. Crimson tassels floated in the clear water as the stallion entered it to cool off a bit more. He didn't necessarily know what he was doing here, but perhaps something had brought him hear on purpose. Oh how he wished to have just one love and a foal of their own. It was all he asked for. He deserved at least that, right? Harks were relaxed atop his dial as the water reached up to his withers. Finally, after a little while of kicking in the shallow part he walked back out, laying down in the damp sod near the lake. He began to roll in the mud, covered his rouge hide with wet mud. He wickered kindly. Perhaps someone would come to company him.

The wind blew the scent of a mare nearby towards his flaring nostrils. He stood up from the sticky mud and quickly gave his handsome sorrel bod a shake, mud flying everywhere, including where the las had spoken to him. He tossed his head, excited that someone had come in such a short amount of time. He nickered to her. It was obvious she was a light such as himself. But perhaps a herd member already. If so he would acquaint her with polite manners, like a leader should do. But considering her wasn't a leader he'd enjoy the company just as friends.

Tassels blew in the wind and ran into his hind end as the gust began to grow bigger and bigger. He enjoyed the wind but never before had felt it this strong. He took in the mare's scent, figuring she truly wasn't a dark mare and in fact more on the light side, like himself. He inched over to her but gave sudden buck. The energy of a colt began to show in his bloodlines and daggers thrashed out behind him, excited. But she seemed like a mature mare. Something this young yearling wasn't so excited about but he'd get to know her before judging her. Lo Las. I'm Titan. What's your name? He asked, inching forward once more and again taking in her scent as nares flared inward. He enjoyed the company already.

The mud-covered sorrel gave a slight nod as she introduced herself. Gaze watched silently as the mare reared. He admired her gorgeous conformation. Her whinny was a gorgeous sound. Music to him. He loved it already. But was she the one he had been waiting for? He nickered once more, tossing his head constantly and every once in a while he'd give a little buck of excitement. They were both young and that's what he had been looking for. Orbs closed tightly as the splash landed on his dial and front chest. He nickered playfully and followed her into the water.

His coat was now cleaned off from the previous mud bath now that he was in the water. His withers and crest were all you could see as he waded in. He began to tread water before coming back to the shallow end and giving another shake, this time water flying towards the mare in order to get her back from the previous splash. He whinnied playfully and bucked once more, stopping immediately as he was wasting energy bucking in the water. He smiled at her, gazing at her gleaming eyes. She was surely beautiful.

Light Loner watched as she exited the cool, refreshing spring. The water went up to his chest as he stood there, allowing the water ringlets to surround him unharmed. He gnawed his teeth anxiously. She truly was a beautiful creature. How could it be that she was no queen or perhaps a herd member. He snorted slighly, tossing his head and cantering out of the water and up the hill. He slowed to a trot then immediately halted near her. Muzzle reached over to officially greet her as his nares flared inwards and out where hers were. Ear perched perfectly atop his head. Was this love? A beauty like you should be a queen. He spoke, complementing the precious creature. It was true though.

The young brute felt a tingle go down his spine as her charming licks. Bending his neck towards her he licked her muzzle lightly then turned back around. He twisted his bodice so it was perpendicular to hers. With a smile he stomped the ground lightly and swished his sorrel banner at the pests that landed on his unclean bodice. So I take if you're a loner like myself then. He smiled, desperitely hoping she was. She was better than ever imagined.

Sorrel bodice gave a playful buck. Daggers struck at the air and he whinnied merrily. Yes, it is your lucky day! He spoke in a teasingly tone. He whinnied once more and picked up a full gallop down into the cool oasis where the young las had halted. He grinned then splashed into the pool, sending water droplets everywhere. The sound could be heard from miles away as he began to splash his underbelly with his dagger. It was true that the day was hot, and he didn't mind it. All that mattered to him was that he had found a friend, and perhaps a mate. He wondered if she was thinking the same thing.

Titan reared merrily as she too began to splash at him. He whinnied, the tone coming out more like a colt than an adult. Which he was more of a colt anyways, though his age was a yearling. He could tell that Sundance was about just as young as him. He had always dreamed of meeting someone just like her, and then here he was dancing merrily in a cool pool with the one he thought he loved. He did love her. But he knew that they were still probably both too young to raise a foal on their own. His one dream was to find a fae like Sundance and raise a foal or two and live out the rest of their days together. No involvement in a herd. Too much drama. Haha. All they would have is each other.

Whipcord swished to his side, sending a little shock through his body to wake up from his dreams and get back to reality. He watched closely as Sundance began to circle him. He snorted at the tormenting and swirved his own body around so that their eyes never left each other. She had gorgeous sapphires, some he had never seen before. She was beautiful. He began to splash again, sticking his front pillar out and splashing his dagger into the water, sending water flying under his belly and all around him.
